d21cb374bd Bug 300030: Move intrinsic width computation out of nsIFrame::Reflow and into its own methods on nsIFrame. Replace reflow reasons, types, and commands with dirty bits/notifications. Thanks to bzbarsky for almost all of the HTML form controls (mozilla/layout/forms) changes, and many others for help testing and patching. 8ae9836396 Bug 261064. Compute static absolute positions more accurately. Also, ensure that static absolutely positioned frames are moved when their placeholders move. e8403a2f92 Bug 55086. Change nsContainerFrame::PositionFrameView() to position child views. Eliminate the |aView| parameter from that method, because the view can be retrieved from the frame and need not be done by the caller.
