f4264ddfc8 Rename {nsIDocument,nsIDocumentObserver,nsIFrame}::ContentChanged to CharacterDataChanged, since that's the only thing it's used for. Replace its nsISupports* parameter with a PRBool, since we don't need to allocate an object to pass a boolean parameter. 640685cbe9 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. 37854ee423 Bug 165149. Make children of a scrolled element inherit style directly from the element instead of via the scrolled frames. Make HR be a block element in quirks mode instead of the hacky inline we were previously using (standards mode already had it as a block).
