d21cb374bd Bug 300030: Move intrinsic width computation out of nsIFrame::Reflow and into its own methods on nsIFrame. Replace reflow reasons, types, and commands with dirty bits/notifications. Thanks to bzbarsky for almost all of the HTML form controls (mozilla/layout/forms) changes, and many others for help testing and patching. Removed GetBaseURL, rename GetMedium to Medium and inline it, remove virtual style resolution methods that forward to style set (callers will call style set methods directly). 640685cbe9 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned. f8f860f5d7 Align text inputs, buttons, comboboxes to baseline with respect to the 
text around them (bug 167236).  Fix width sizing issues for <input
type="button/reset/submit"> (bugs 79927, 36364).  Fix nonuniform heights
