d21cb374bd Bug 300030: Move intrinsic width computation out of nsIFrame::Reflow and into its own methods on nsIFrame. Replace reflow reasons, types, and commands with dirty bits/notifications. Thanks to bzbarsky for almost all of the HTML form controls (mozilla/layout/forms) changes, and many others for help testing and patching. ba58162e96 Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned. b050d1d105 Bug 77834: Fix problem where form control state is being restored to the wrong form control or not restored at all when going back and forth through session history. The problem was that the hash key we used was the content ID, which was not consistent from page load to page load.
