Bug 1191083 - Rename and expand GeckoThread.LaunchState; r=snorp

GeckoThread.LaunchState now covers the entire GeckoThread lifetime and
not just launch, so it's renamed to GeckoThread.State. More utility
methods are added to check for the current state.
