771618df2c Fix 2 cases where ReResolveStyleContext was broken, causing serious problems with dynamic style reresolution. Change nsIFrame::GetStyleContextProvider to GetParentStyleContextFrame, always use its result rather than using the parent frame in some cases, and move a bit of the complexity into the GetParentStyleContextFrame implementations. Fix block-within-inline case (bug 129350) using a special-previous-sibling frame property and ensuring that NS_FRAME_IS_SPECIAL is copied when frames are split. Fix out-of-flow frame case (bug 88154) by going to the placeholder map and by parenting the placeholder frame style contexts to the style context from their frame parent rather than the out-of-flow frame. b=129350 r=attinasi sr=hyatt a=asa 2002-03-27 02:38:13 +00:00

92f336c9ea new reflow/layout code for outer table to handle captions and margins. better % height handling. 
row groups and rows don't include external cellspacing in there dimensions. r=troy.

17ac04c796 bug 24037 r=attinasi; nsOuterTableFrame handles bad incremental reflow by using the height of its rect. 
bug 23235 r=attinasi; nsTableRowFrame requests max element size when reflowing cell for the 1st time.
bug 24410 r=attinasi; nsTableCellFrame reflow always checks width and height and updates the content empty flag.
bug 3305 r=troy,hyatt; table frame constructor cleanup, put caption in its own child list.

f3e52bf984 b=23239. Changed tables to incrementally update maximum width (natural width) 
if requested. Now we only do a single reflow when processing table cell
incremental reflow instead of the three reflows we had to do before
