968ba7d675 Bug 773296 - Part 21: Factor out style context getting from nsComputedDOMStyle::GetCSSPropertyValue. r=dbaron 
This just factors out some code from
nsComputedDOMStyle::GetCSSPropertyValue into a
UpdateCurrentStyleSources and ClearCurrentStyleSources function.
These will will be needed in nsComputedDOMStyle::IndexGetter so that it
can have up to date information on how many custom properties there are
on the node.
