In addition to converting BluetoothAdapter, this patch also converts
MediaMetaData and MediaPlayStatus to WebIDL. The old XPIDL-based
bindings have been removed.

old XPIDL bindings. The only user of BluetoothManager is the class
Navigator, which has been adapted to the change.
