9d9b2e7a47 Add support for caching content viewers in session history to speed up back/forward (bug 274784). - Make the HTTP, FTP and file channels implement nsIPropertyBag2 and associated
  interfaces (by inheriting from nsHashPropertyBag)
- Use that interface to expose a "content-length" property giving the length of
  the data as a 64-bit value on the FTP and HTTP channels
- change docshell and xpinstall to use nsIPropertyBag2 instead of nsIProperties
  to read/write the referrer property

RSS feeds which require HTTP authentication are rejected as invalid

Re-work the docshell auth prompt logic to disable prompts for any url running in chrome unless the chrome window
explicitly sets allowAuth on its docshell.

04da222bbf Fixing bug 267249. Don't null out mPrefs in nsDocShell::Destroy() (prefs is a service). This caused a crash on the aviary branch after 172962 landed.
