c95202f551 Bug 1466727 part 2. Remove use of nsITreeColumn in xpidl interfaces. r=mossop 
There is one actual behavior change here, in the webidl version of
TreeBoxObject::GetCellAt.  I believe this change fixes a leak of the
nsTreeColumn, but could use careful review.

I tried to avoid changes not needed to get this compiling.  There will be a lot
more cleanup in the next few changesets.

Removing the 'using mozilla::Move;' lines.

6115dd90fd Bug 1404077 - Remove unnecessary gfxContext::Save/Load in nsTreeBodyFrame::PaintCell. r=mattwoodrow 
Between this pair of gfxContext::Save/Load, only the draw calls of the
DrawTarget are called. Since  draw calls do not alter the content of a AureState,
we should just remove  this pair of Save/Load.
