By updating --fxview-border to use --border-color-transparent, we
ensure there are no extraneous borders in Firefox View unless the user
is in prefers-contrast or forced-colors mode. However, this has a
side effect of making the border around the searchbox disappear.
To address the transparent border around the searchbox, I created the
--fxview-border-interactive variable which points to the
--border-color-interactive token.

Replaces the searchfield-cancel icon with the close-12 icon so that we
can style the background-color of the icon as needed.
Since we need close-12.svg to be content accessible, I needed to move
the icon to layout/style/res and add it as a content accessible file.
This resulted in replacing the existing uses of
chrome://global/skin/icons/close-12.svg with the new resource URL,
resource://content-accessible/close-12.svg.

- Process history sorted by date and site, which is a nested mapping of (Date) => (Site) => Visit[], as opposed to sorting by date which is (Date) => Visit[], or site which is (Site) => Visit[].
- Also process history sorted by last visited, which is a "flat" array of Visit[], sorted by recency.
- A couple of minor <moz-card> tweaks to bring the "inner" cards closer to spec, but I think more work is still needed here.
