When full match is found in both v2 and v4, the threat types returned should also be the same.
If threat types are different, the telemetry record this by setting a bit flags which indicates
what threat types are being returned.
If threat types are the same, this telemetry will record 0.

In Bug 1323953, we always send 4-bytes prefix for completion and the prefix is also
used as the key to store cache result from gethash request.
Since it is always 4-bytes, we could convert it to integer for simplicity.

This also fixes an existing bug where we checked for the wrong type in JSKeyedHistogram_Add().
KeyedHistogram::GetHistogramType() returns one of the histogram types from nsITelemetry.idl, not one of the chromium types (base::*).
I extended the test coverage accordingly, as it seemed to be lacking.
Additionally, move some history tests to the history folder, split insertMany tests into their own test file.
Also, remove some no more needed android annotations, Firefox for Android doesn't use nor build Places anymore.

There are quite a few changes in here. At a high level, all we're trying to do is to replace the old update popup with a less intrusive and more modern doorhanger (set of doorhangers) for various update success and failure conditions.
This brings the workaround for the GOOGLE_LOG(ERROR) problem when ERROR is
defined as `0` by wingdi.h in line with our workaround in the chromium sandbox

The other patches on this bug triggered a build problem where in some situations
ERROR would be undefined when the LogLevel enum is being defined, while ERROR

including the LOGLEVEL_0 enum variant, we can avoid this issue and fix the
associated build bustage.

This reduces the amount of places where we need to specify the mozilla/frame-script environment. It does have
the side effect of allowing those globals in the whole file, but that is what specifying the environment would
do, and this is also for mochitest test files only.
