9ea83ae5f3 Bug 1272423 - Refuse to send large messages via the message manager. r=baku 
Large IPC messages will hit a fatal assert, so reject message manager
messages earlier.

Also, collect telemetry on the rejected messages.

56f2f26b8d Bug 1275707, part 3 - Rename MESSAGE_MANAGER_MESSAGE_SIZE. r=baku 
Now that digits have been filtered out of the message manager message
names to avoid creating thousands of similar keys, we can reenable the
telemetry by renaming it. Also, update the description to address
bsmedberg's comments, and add me to the list of alert emails.

d3c75b443e Bug 1190627 - Part 4 - Add telemetry probe for measuring how often we restore from the backup session copy. r=sebastian 
By comparing the rates for FENNEC_SESSIONSTORE_DAMAGED_SESSION_FILE and this new probe, we might be able to infer whether there is a failure mode for the session store where the main session store file is completely lost after an interrupted write and doesn't exist even as an empty file of 0 bytes size.

The first run case will be excluded, because in that case both the main and the backup session file won't exist, so neither telemetry probe will be triggered.

66d1785f5f Bug 1294349 - Histogram for VIDEO_SUSPEND_RECOVERY_TIME_MS - r=francois,kaku 
Telemetry probe, for datareview (using r? in mozreview) by telemetry peer.

This probe records how long it takes to recover from the video being suspended.
This will help with gradually default-enabling video-suspend for "safe" videos.

Also fixed some previous telemetry descriptions that had an incorrect example
resolution (2180 instead of 2160).
