The primary goal of this PR is to add add a generic trait method that returns a void ptr.
In addition to that change, I made the casting explicit in `components/script/dom/bindings/callback.rs` and `components/script/dom/promise.rs`. I did not use the new trait method because `AddRawValueRoot` is not looking for a `c_void`. It's looking for `std::os::raw::c_char`.

```
So I replace the `as *const _ ` with a more specific cast.

This PR implements cross-thread `WindowProxy` objects.
At the moment, if a `Window` performs a non-similar-origin navigation, the old script thread does not update its `WindowProxy`, since the new `Window` is in the new script thread. With this PR, the `WindowProxy` is updated to a dummy `XOriginWindow` object, that only implements the whitelisted methods that are allowed to be called cross-origin.
This PR does not include working implementations of some of the cross-origin `Window` or `Location` methods.
This PR causes some cross-origin wpt tests to now pass, in particular `/html/browsers/origin/cross-origin-objects/cross-origin-objects.html ` now passes `Only whitelisted properties are accessible cross-origin`. There are some CORS failures in `fetch`, I suspect caused by the incorrect setting of `origin` in fetch requests.
Although there are some functions that now throw `SecurityException`, it is not meant to be a complete implementation, which will have to wait for XOWs to land.

This PR allows different `Window` objects in the same browsing context to share a `BrowsingContext` object.
SpiderMonkey requires a `WindowProxy` object to be in the same compartment as its `Window`, so when a `WindowProxy` changes `Window`, we have to brain-transplant it. In turn this requires the reflector of a `BrowsingContext` to be mutable.

This PR removes the reflow status from each browsing context. Previously, we were only using it to avoid reflowing on traversal, which is rare enough it doesn't seem worth the complexity.

Implement browsing context discarding (https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/browsers.html#discard-a-document).
* When a pipeline is closed, inform the script thread whether the browsing context is to be discarded.
* In script threads, synchronously discard any similar-origin documents and browsing contexts.
* When a browsing context is discarded, it loses the reference to the active document, but the window keeps it, so we need to move the `Document` pointer from `BrowsingContext` to `Window`.
* Fix the webIDL for Window to make parent and top optional (the spec says they can return null when the browsing context is discarded).

This PR removes the single root document from the script thread, and replaces it by a lookup table from `PipelineId`s to `Document`s. This is needed if we're going to share script threads, as per #633.
The last commit is the one that matters, the ones before are #13646.

SubpageId was originally introduced in 2013 to help iframes keep track of
their associated (children) pipelines. However, since each pipeline
already has a PipelineId, and those are unique, those are sufficient
to keep track of children.

The existing `Rooted` and `RootedVec` users were migrated the the following two macros:

The `rooted!` macro depends on servo/rust-mozjs#272.
These APIs based on two types, a container to be rooted and a rooting guard, allow implementing both `Rooted`-style rooting and `Traceable`-based rooting in stable Rust, without abusing `return_address`.
Such macros may have been tried before, but in 1.9 their hygiene is broken, they work only since 1.10.
Sadly, `Rooted` is a FFI type and completely exposed, so I cannot prevent anyone from creating their own, although all fields but the value get overwritten by `RootedGuard::new` anyway.
`RootableVec` OTOH is *guaranteed* to be empty when not rooted, which makes it harmless AFAICT.
By fixing rust-lang/rust#34227, this PR enables Servo to build with `-Zorbit`.

`Page` and `BrowsingContext` have similar use cases and we decided it would be best to join the two.
This is the ground work for actually using session history in the `BrowsingContext` to implement the History API.

A basic implementation of `RootedReference for Option<JS<T>>` based off of
other implementations of `RootedReference` for `Option` wrapped types.

This ensures that UncheckedUnwrap(obj, /* stopAtOuter = */ true) will indeed
stop at the WindowProxy ("outer window", in older SpiderMonkey jargon), which
is necessary to prevent raw Window ("inner window") objects becoming visible
to JavaScript code, or tripping assertions that we don't do that.
