625f0cd8c4 Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing.
