2c9284cd03 Fix too-much-overflow regression by making border-collapse cells store the full width of the border rather than just the inside half of it. ba58162e96 Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned.
