8ae9836396 Bug 261064. Compute static absolute positions more accurately. Also, ensure that static absolutely positioned frames are moved when their placeholders move. 7abe460751 Change to how overflow is handled for absolutely positioned elements. 
We no longer use nsIAraeFrame and now it's folded into the overflow
area in the reflow metrics

5e5f240649 Folded reflow functions into nsIFrame and eliminated nsIFrameReflow and 
nsIHTMLReflow. This saves 4 bytes per frame and cleans things up
