b050d1d105 Bug 77834: Fix problem where form control state is being restored to the wrong form control or not restored at all when going back and forth through session history. The problem was that the hash key we used was the content ID, which was not consistent from page load to page load. 9392c50d60 removed where the input element was telling the rado/checkbox to return the opposite value 
now it changes it value before the DOM call (script) and then if the event is cancelled
it sets the value back (which doesn't happen very often)

3ba32f670e DOM string changes. All nsString& in DOM interfaces (and interfaces needed by DOM implementations) have been changed to nsAReadableString& and nsAWritableString&.
