ba58162e96 Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned. Turn on nsRefPtr (bug 104346), and change nsDerivedSafe to not declare AddRef and Release explicitly virtual, r=jag, sr=dbaron. 2003-02-22 00:32:13 +00:00

b050d1d105 Bug 77834: Fix problem where form control state is being restored to the wrong form control or not restored at all when going back and forth through session history. The problem was that the hash key we used was the content ID, which was not consistent from page load to page load. 3ba32f670e DOM string changes. All nsString& in DOM interfaces (and interfaces needed by DOM implementations) have been changed to nsAReadableString& and nsAWritableString&. d0e6838ec2 Fix leak on hovering over a scrollbar and re-fix similar leak for text inputs (bug 42895) by adding a "general" method for unrooting anonymous content created through nsIAnonymousContentCreator, plus a hack to deal with the scrollbars on the root element. Some of the other SetDocumentForAnonymousContent methods *may* need to be implemented. removed the obsolete nsHTMLAtoms: comboText,comoTextSelected,comTextSelectedFocus,dropDownVisible,
dropdownHidden, dropDownBtnOut, dropDownBtnPressed,
Added nsHTMLAtoms::combobox, nsLayoutAtoms::popupList
Renamed dropDownList to dropDownListPseudo
Added "arrow.gif" as to be used the background-image for the combobox button
ua.css - added rules for select to differentiate between comboboxes and listboxes.
Added style rules to more closely match the XPTOOLKIT XPWidgets look.
removed the following :-moz-combobox-text, -moz-combobox-textselected
nsIFormControlFrame.h - Added SetSuggestedSize method.
nsButtonControlFrame - Implemented SetSuggestedSize.
nsCSSFrameConstructor.cpp - Rewrote ConstructSelectFrame.
nsIWidget.h -Added GetAbsoluteBounds method.
nsWindow.cpp - Implemented GetAbsoluteBounds.
