bf85c96e37 Bug 437174 - Disabling 3rd party cookies breaks sending cookies for

  Added forceAllowThirdPartyCookie to nsIHttpChannelInternal.
  Added LOAD_FLAGS_FORCE_ALLOW_COOKIES to nsIWebNavigation.
