This option turns on a frame counter that is shown in the top left corner via a
QR code. It was designed to be used in video recordings of B2G phones.
It no longer seems useful, so this patch removes it.

Bug 1357298 - Remove all traces of frame numbers and power from the profiler output. r=mstange.
This removes the unnecessary setting of c-basic-offset from all
python-mode files.
This was automatically generated using
perl -pi -e 's/; *c-basic-offset: *[0-9]+//'
... on the affected files.
The bulk of these files are moz.build files but there a few others as
well.

For simple rules like function spacing, we can auto-fix these across the code
base so they are followed in a consistent way.
To generate this patch, I ran:
./mach eslint devtools --no-ignore --fix
After this, I reverted any changes to third party files that we really do want
to ignore.

In a following patch, all DevTools moz.build files will use DevToolsModules to
install JS modules at a path that corresponds directly to their source tree
location. Here we rewrite all require and import calls to match the new
location that these files are installed to.
Break DevTools content files out of browser.jar and move to a new DevTools
specific jar. Update all paths of the form:
chrome://browser/content/devtools/<X>
to
chrome://devtools/content/<Y>
where <Y> is the source tree path that comes after /devtools/client.
Move major DevTools files to new directories using the following steps:
hg mv browser/devtools devtools/client
hg mv toolkit/devtools/server devtools/server
hg mv toolkit/devtools devtools/shared
No other changes are made.
