4a8b6de6bc Bug 1309260 - Move the urlbar-zoom-button styling code to a shared place. r=jaws 
Moved the styling for the #urlbar-zoom-button which was duplicated among browser/themes/linux/browser.css, browser/themes/osx/browser.css, and browser/themes/windows/browser.css to a new shared file browser/themes/shared/browser.inc.css. Also added the new file to browser/themes/shared/jar.inc.mn.

475aaaee7b Bug 1298449 - Add hover effect to the zoom indicator in the location bar. r=dao 
For the :hover state, I used the background color that was currently being used
for the :active state.  For the :active state, I bumped up the alpha from .1 to .15
to make it darker, and checked that it passes the WCAG tests.
