c98c382545 Phase 1 of style context deCOMtamination (bug 114713). Remove all dependencies on nsIStyleContext from outside of content and layout. bug 92647 incorrectly had this description (it should have said - correct calculate preferred table widths and cache the value). sr=attinasi, r=alexsavulov.
