c6cdd190db Bug 1920197 - Add prefs to allow updating Widevine directly from the Chromium update service. r=media-playback-reviewers,alwu 
This patch allows us to download Widevine updates directly from the
Chromium update service, bypassing balrog and fallback configuration
options. This will be useful in the early stages of testing Widevine
updates, allowing us to use whatever Google has pushed to its own users,
including beta updates, before we engage release engineering.

Relevant Widevine L3 prefs have been added:
- media.gmp-widevinecdm.force-chromium-update
- media.gmp-widevinecdm.force-chromium-beta

which force the use of the Chromium update service, and requesting beta
versions (if available) respectively.

Similarly, Widevine L1 prefs have been added as well:
- media.gmp-widevinecdm-l1.force-chromium-update
- media.gmp-widevinecdm-l1.force-chromium-beta

Refactor sidebar state persistence logic outside of SessionStore and into SidebarController and SidebarManager. Expose an API for session store to update state. If session store data is not available, use the backup state instead. Works for both "Never remember history" and "Use custom settings for history".

737314c530 Bug 1698068 - [devtools] Show a setting in Debugger's Source Tree to show/hide extension content scripts. r=devtools-reviewers,willdurand,bomsy 
Up until this patch, the only way to show the content scripts was via `devtools.chrome.enabled` pref,
or via "Enable browser chrome and add-on debugging toolboxes" option.

This patch introduces a new settings menu, in the Debugger Source Tree component,
to help better control what is displayed in it.
We were already having a setting controlling the visibility of files hidden via Source Maps,
we can benefit from various settings to fine tune what is displayed in the debugger.

Users using about:config should migrate from `devtools.chrome.enabled` to `devtools.debugger.show-content-scripts`.

This is somewhat straight-forward now that all the dependencies are
landed.

I think we do need to find a solution to make the app titlebar buttons
taller, by hiding the caption buttons
(https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D207303 tried to do this, but
ran into other issues), or making the titlebar taller, which is doable
in UWP at least, but I don't see any way of doing it in win32 apps:

 * https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-app-sdk/api/winrt/microsoft.ui.windowing.appwindowtitlebar.preferredheightoption?view=windows-app-sdk-1.6

But still this is usable and would be worth getting in, since it's
needed for the translucent sidebar work too.

82a6053f4b No bug - SNG-1837 - Stop pre-fetching the urlbar weather suggestion. r=daisuke 
This also removes VPN detection. That was only really necessary back when the
weather suggestion was zero-prefix, i.e., when it was shown simply by clicking
in the urlbar without typing anything. I think if you go to the trouble of
typing a weather keyword, we should show you the suggestion even if you're on a
VPN.
