a1ed5b3a4f This checkin enables mozilla to support the printing of selection, the printing of page ranges, and 
the printing of headers and footers.
Printing of selection is implemented by the frames figuring out if they are in the selection and painting
if they or not they they don't paint. This also only allows the printing of the first page of
selections, alothough it is well documented where this is implemeted so it can be removed.

bc9d8c5e56 Implemented the backend for the following prefs: Override Document colors, Override document fonts, Link and Visited link colors, and Underline links. Provided the ability to disable the preferences as well, so Composer can show changed fonts and colors. 1c7bf629cf nsIPref is no longer passed around through inits on webshell, content viewers and presContext. In places where it is needed, it can be retrieved from the service manager. 5f9fa29fbc This is one of those do the right thing bugs even though I don't have a PDT+ bug for it. Travis and I noticed 
today that image urls weren't properly getting added to the doc loader of the containing document. So the top
level document would report a document done notification before the document may really be done.

The fix is to pass the load cookie nsISupports object which originates from the docshell that is opening the
url down into the gfx image code instead of passing the load group down.
