d729b5d0b1 bug 1156 
- Make object frames have no children
  - Make the frame constructor construct a subdocumentframe, object frame or
    image frame as appropriate
- start the load of <applet>, <embed> and <object> in content code
- fallback to alternate rendering correctly

NOTE: This checkin will break the plugin finder. This will be fixed soon.

a5bd2b79f6 Bug 297537. Line layout should not set an available-height constraint on the inline frames, because they can't break vertically ... and it certainly shouldn't set the constraint based on the band dimensions.
