3058450426 Create an api for easily converting between the coordinate systems of two 
frames or two views.  Use this to fix the auto-positioning of abs pos boxes to
work no matter how their containing block and the block their placeholder lives
in are related, and convert various other callers to the new API.  Bug 266968,

640685cbe9 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. 37854ee423 Bug 165149. Make children of a scrolled element inherit style directly from the element instead of via the scrolled frames. Add a new view property to indicate that the view is painted on a uniform background and use it to optimize scrolling, so that a scrolled element with a uniform background color can still be scrolled using bitblits. r+sr=dbaron 2003-10-11 12:00:05 +00:00
