0be0aa3679 bug 100649: Length() being used where IsEmpty() is meant 
treewide changes to convert incorrect usages of string.Length() to string.IsEmpty().

4b63835325 Fix up and enable hierarchical :hover and remove the hacks that made :hover work for anchors without it. Pass mask rather than pseudo-class to ContentStatesChanged notifications. 367cc93c8f - Implement the :checked CSS pseudoclass which maps to the "selected" property on option elements. 
- Eliminate the _moz-option-selected attribute; move the actual selected state into the option content node.
- Change all users of _moz-option-selected to use :checked.
- Add a third parameter to nsIDocument[Observer]::ContentStatesChanged to indicate which pseudoclass changed, this is used for optimizing handling of :checked state changes.

4aab8757b3 Remove nsDST and convert its users (PresShell::mSubShellMap, FrameManager::mPrimaryFrameMap, and FrameManager::PropertyList::mFrameValueMap) to PLDHash. Also convert FrameManager::mPlaceholderMap to PLDHash. Give image map area structures a pointer back to their image frame rather than (mis)using the primary frame map. Change API for changing placeholder map to reflect hash entry that accesses key through value by passing only the value and not the key. ac4808dda8 Checking in for bug 50742, this change removes the use of XIF in mozilla and replaces the XIF converter with a HTML (and XML) serializer. 
Contextual information added to HTML copy and intelligence added to HTML paste in the editor (fixes bugs 47014, 50568 and 46554, and partly (at least) fixes bug 53188).
