d47517f6dc Fixing bug 225837. 4486f8d13d Make --disable-xul work (bug 69995). We build enough XUL to support 
scrollbars unconditionally, but can now leave out heavyweight widgets like

ba58162e96 Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned. 6b679c05c9 Move implementation of HTML label element entirely into the content model so that it can have any display type: implement the event-munging and accesskey support in nsHTMLLabelElement. Made it so that for absolutely positioned frames we pass in the containing
block width/height to the HTML reflow state, rather than have it compute it.
This means we get a bottom up size rather than a top down size. That fixes
a problem where for containing blocks with a specified 'height' of 'auto' we
weren't correctly calculating the containing block height
