9d506b60da Fix border width inheritance by keeping track of both the border width we'd 
have if our style were not none/hidden and the actual computed border width.

8ae9836396 Bug 261064. Compute static absolute positions more accurately. Also, ensure that static absolutely positioned frames are moved when their placeholders move. c98c382545 Phase 1 of style context deCOMtamination (bug 114713). Remove all dependencies on nsIStyleContext from outside of content and layout. e8403a2f92 Bug 55086. Change nsContainerFrame::PositionFrameView() to position child views. Eliminate the |aView| parameter from that method, because the view can be retrieved from the frame and need not be done by the caller.
