d3fe7e39fa Continuing nsIPresContext deCOMtamination (bug 229371). Remove ReParentStyleContext - callers can call frame manager directly. Removed several unused setters. Removed GetBaseURL, rename GetMedium to Medium and inline it, remove virtual style resolution methods that forward to style set (callers will call style set methods directly). e9a515ee40 Remove the broken nsAttributeContent and just use regular textnodes to

a90ec6ff21 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. 640685cbe9 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. 37854ee423 Bug 165149. Make children of a scrolled element inherit style directly from the element instead of via the scrolled frames. ae8d4e8713 Bug 38370. 
Allow color of an HR element to be changed.
Make HR be a block element in quirks mode instead of the hacky inline we were previously using (standards mode already had it as a block).
Patch by Ian Hickson <ian@hixie.ch> with minor modifications by me.

c2b121f09b Make XBL anonymous content get its base URI from the XBL document (the binding 
URI) instead of from the document of the bound element.  This way relative URIs
