3058450426 Create an api for easily converting between the coordinate systems of two 
frames or two views.  Use this to fix the auto-positioning of abs pos boxes to
work no matter how their containing block and the block their placeholder lives
in are related, and convert various other callers to the new API.  Bug 266968,

d3fe7e39fa Continuing nsIPresContext deCOMtamination (bug 229371). Remove ReParentStyleContext - callers can call frame manager directly. Removed several unused setters. 640685cbe9 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. ae8d4e8713 Bug 38370. 
Allow color of an HR element to be changed.
Make HR be a block element in quirks mode instead of the hacky inline we were previously using (standards mode already had it as a block).
Patch by Ian Hickson <ian@hixie.ch> with minor modifications by me.
