8fe41c0a27 Split nsIContentViewer::destroy into close and destroy so we can trigger teardown both at the beginning and at the end of paint suppression. 2c8da20353 Need to cache a pointer to the currently focused DOMWin because the Print Dialog 
"steals" the focus away and then getting it returns null.

b5d5a89a66 Move the destruction from the destructor into its |Destroy| method so that the document viewer is not prevented from being deleted by the cycles it would have broken in its destructor. (This has become necessary since the document viewer is being used from JS/XBL.) a1ed5b3a4f This checkin enables mozilla to support the printing of selection, the printing of page ranges, and 
the printing of headers and footers.
Printing of selection is implemented by the frames figuring out if they are in the selection and painting
if they or not they they don't paint. This also only allows the printing of the first page of
selections, alothough it is well documented where this is implemeted so it can be removed.
