d841d3fc83 Bug 291082 - preventDefault now blocks keyboard navigation in select-one drop-down lists. r=mounir, r=Neil 
This patch makes select drop-down lists respect preventDefault keypress event, and so the select list doesn't process them anymore.

3c5d51984d Bug 841789, patch 1: Rename nsIFrame::GetStyleContext() to nsIFrame::StyleContext() since it can never return null. r=dholbert 
This makes it conform to our convention that getters returning pointers
that can never be null do not begin with "Get".

1cf8a7df09 Bug 780661 - Update mDropdownCanGrow also when the position is currently outside viewport to allow a resize later at a different position.
