7255062ea4 Improve the way in which nsEvent and its subclasses are initialized. Commonly-used members can now be initialized via an inline constructor, and all other members are initialized to zero. eventStructType is set automatically. This also fixes some cases where an eventStructType was doubling as a message -- NS_TEXT_EVENT is now only used as an eventStructType, with a message of NS_TEXT_TEXT. NS_COMPOSITION_* events get an eventStructType of NS_COMPOSITION_EVENT, and ditto for NS_RECONVERSION_*. NS_DRAGDROP_EVENT is no longer an eventStructType since it is not a unique type of struct. 640685cbe9 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. 0be0aa3679 bug 100649: Length() being used where IsEmpty() is meant 
treewide changes to convert incorrect usages of string.Length() to string.IsEmpty().

4486f8d13d Make --disable-xul work (bug 69995). We build enough XUL to support 
scrollbars unconditionally, but can now leave out heavyweight widgets like

f8f860f5d7 Align text inputs, buttons, comboboxes to baseline with respect to the 
text around them (bug 167236).  Fix width sizing issues for <input
type="button/reset/submit"> (bugs 79927, 36364).  Fix nonuniform heights

d1856f6f91 Remove |aForceUnique| parameter from style context resolving methods, and corresponding flag from nsStyleContext, since the only caller was ReResolveStyleContext (on the assumption that other callers used it).
