972d7f0af5 Bug 1249556 - Implement toggling details by keyboard. r=smaug 
The user can switch to the main <summary> by tab key, and toggle the
<details> by either 'space' key or 'enter' key.

'return' key is handled with 'keypress', and the 'space' key is handled
with 'keyup' like the HTMLInputElement.

466c695ec0 Bug 1225923 - part 2 - fix AppendElement(nsDependentString(...)) call in HTMLInputElement.cpp; r=baku 
I think the intent of this call is to not copy the filename data passed
in, but to simply convert it to a friendlier nsString container for
processing.  We don't have to worry about the nsTArray<nsString>
overload of MozSetFileNameArray holding references to the strings
outside the call, as the elements of the array are copied into new
strings as appropriate.

The bulk of this commit was generated with a script, executed at the top
level of a typical source code checkout.  The only non-machine-generated
part was modifying MFBT's moz.build to reflect the new naming.

CLOSED TREE makes big refactorings like this a piece of cake.

222ce9e7f0 Bug 1210517 - Create nsVariant directly rather than via do_CreateInstance(). r=froydnj 
The goal here is to leave creation stuff mostly for JS, so we can
convert it entirely over to a non-threadsafe cycle-collected version
without breaking any existing C++ users.

I didn't do this for a remaining use in nsGlobalWindow.h to avoid
including nsVariant.h all over the place.
