bf85c96e37 Bug 437174 - Disabling 3rd party cookies breaks sending cookies for 
channels with no docshell.  r+sr=bzbarsky.
  Added forceAllowThirdPartyCookie to nsIHttpChannelInternal.
  Added LOAD_FLAGS_FORCE_ALLOW_COOKIES to nsIWebNavigation.
  Added PERSIST_FLAGS_FORCE_ALLOW_COOKIES to nsIWebBrowserPersist.

675538f475 Bug 241972 (new window opened by window.open('xxx.exe') or target="_blank" isn't closed automatically when a download begins). Fix stores state on the channel indicating whether a window was opened specifically for the download. e77808873e 336903 - feeds should not run with chrome privileges.
