6a9c36c1f3 Bug 726889. Rename nsMediaStream/nsMediaChannelStream/nsMediaFileStream to mozilla::MediaResource/ChannelMediaResource/FileMediaResource. Also rename nsByteRange to mozilla::MediaByteRange and nsChannelStatistics to mozilla::MediaChannelStatistics.
