f269328608 fix for bug #359349: 
add "show sessions" to the history query options, so that we can disable it.

by default, disable sessions for the history-on-places sidebar (as we are initially going for Firefox 2.0 parity on top of places.)

To enable sessions, toggle the hidden "browser.history.showSessions" boolean pref.

Thanks to Dan Mills <thunder@mozilla.com> for the fix.

9e4f56d516 bug 354393: key update url should point to https://sb-ssl.google.com/ 
patch: www.google.com -> sb-ssl.google.com

The ssl cert change was pushed early this afternoon.  However, there may be
some issues with DNS caches causing some people to see a cert error until 24
hours after the change was pushed.

Going to go ahead and submit now so people can test, but with a caveat that
there may be cert warnings.

dc1940ab10 re-land bug 342187: query params for "ask google" anti-phishing queries 
are in source code.
This is triggering a leak in https since we make an https request, see
bug 345136.

8b540ce9cf fix for bug #343019, tab scrolling does not handle window resize well 
fix for bug #342890, make tab min width 125 px by default (down from 140 px)
  and heed the hidden browser.tabs.tabMinWidth pref.
fix for bug #342385, get the hidden browser.tabs.tabClipWidth pref working.
  It was actually working, but I've changed the default to 115 px to match
  the 125 px default value for the browser.tabs.tabMinWidth pref.

also, some code cleanup and whitespace fixes.
