Offset fixed layers in the compositor so that the toolbar in Firefox for Android
doesn't obscure them. This does not affect layout, so input on the elements in
said layers will appear broken.

6c0b50fe17 Merge mozilla-central into build-system 
There were merges in configure.in and some Makefile.in. None had any
conflicts. I spot verified the Makefile.in changes and confirmed that
the changes did not touch any DIRS* variables.

ba77f9478f Backout 8f213db8fe7f and 31399fd0cb5b (Bug 791432) on a CLOSED TREE on the theory that maybe WebGL changes could have changed graphics state in a way that caused the Android reftest-4 failures on SVG gradient tests. 2013-01-25 18:18:34 -08:00
