b2fb39fae7 When doing ContentRemoved, IndexOf() will always return -1. So don't use it.

7598543add Deal with the messed-up way changing any print-preview settings works by ignoring random calls to TurnScriptingOn which are trying to turn it off when it's already off. 9d9b2e7a47 Add support for caching content viewers in session history to speed up back/forward (bug 274784).
