f518f7896f Remove ClearUndisplayedContentMap hack from ReconstructStyleData (expanded for bug 118014; see bug 136728). Fix multiple content inserted notifications from XBL (the real cause of bug 118014) by checking the undisplayed content map in addition to the primary frame map. Fix FrameManager::GetUndisplayedContent to work correctly, and remove code in nsCSSFrameConstructor::AttributeChanged that was working around its brokenness. b=136704 sr=waterson r=attinasi 2002-05-01 00:36:50 +00:00

95e043f00f Fix for bug 124990, Add additional processing loop for DOM event listeners to allow browser level handlers to be fired after content based listeners. r:saari, sr:jst 
Browser based listeners can now registers themselves using the AddGroupedEventListener and passing the system event group (which can be gotten via the nsIDOMEventReceiver interface).  These listeners will now fire after all content based listeners have processed.
In this initial version of the checkin most browser listeners are still left in the original content group for stability purposes.

4b63835325 Fix up and enable hierarchical :hover and remove the hacks that made :hover work for anchors without it. Pass mask rather than pseudo-class to ContentStatesChanged notifications. d1856f6f91 Remove |aForceUnique| parameter from style context resolving methods, and corresponding flag from nsStyleContext, since the only caller was ReResolveStyleContext (on the assumption that other callers used it). 86ad440217 Fixes bug 66597, bug 103284, bug 114440, bug 120023, bug 128741, bug 19259. 367cc93c8f - Implement the :checked CSS pseudoclass which maps to the "selected" property on option elements. 
- Eliminate the _moz-option-selected attribute; move the actual selected state into the option content node.
- Change all users of _moz-option-selected to use :checked.
- Add a third parameter to nsIDocument[Observer]::ContentStatesChanged to indicate which pseudoclass changed, this is used for optimizing handling of :checked state changes.

34a3766b12 Fix for bug 83650 (textarea control has problems with caret positioning at end) 
and bug 97207 (textarea pastes sometimes misplaced by failing to reposition).

  - Added new utility method GetOriginToViewOffset().

  - Modified nsPresShell::HandleEvent(), nsBoxFrame::GetFrameForPoint(),
    and nsContainerFrame::GetFrameForPointUsing() to factor in the
    offset from GetOriginToViewOffset() to insure that the point
    used is always transformed into the correct coordinate system.
