1597ec2574 Bug 403181. Pass the desired source rectangle for background images down into nsThebesImage and ensure we don't sample outside it. Back out a bad pixman patch that caused regressions, and adjust image encoding tests so they don't depend on the regression. 882d7c97a3 Bug 403181. Track which subimage of an image we want to draw and copy it to a temporary surface if necessary to prevent sampling of pixels outside the subimage when zooming.
