ab37c5705a r=dbaron, sr=dougt. 97667. nsIInterfaceRequestor is now frozen. nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h is now required if you want to use do_GetInterface() for convenience. The two were split because the stuff that is now in nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h wasn't ready for freezing. Also, .idl files should just contain interface defs anyway. 2001-09-05 21:28:38 +00:00

7a0b60f988 Split nsIContentViewer::destroy into close and destroy so we can trigger teardown both at the beginning and at the end of paint suppression. Move the PresShell's teardown from its destructor into new Destroy method so it happens at the end of paint suppression. 2c8da20353 Need to cache a pointer to the currently focused DOMWin because the Print Dialog 
"steals" the focus away and then getting it returns null.

b5d5a89a66 Move the destruction from the destructor into its |Destroy| method so that the document viewer is not prevented from being deleted by the cycles it would have broken in its destructor. (This has become necessary since the document viewer is being used from JS/XBL.)
