d3fe7e39fa Continuing nsIPresContext deCOMtamination (bug 229371). Remove ReParentStyleContext - callers can call frame manager directly. Removed several unused setters. 640685cbe9 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. ae8d4e8713 Bug 38370. 
Allow color of an HR element to be changed.
Make HR be a block element in quirks mode instead of the hacky inline we were previously using (standards mode already had it as a block).
Patch by Ian Hickson <ian@hixie.ch> with minor modifications by me.

ba58162e96 Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned. e7d68bd7e6 Fix build bustage. OS/2 and Sun Workshop won't do implicit type conversions (like .get() on an nsCOMPtr) while trying to match a template.
