d0e6838ec2 Fix leak on hovering over a scrollbar and re-fix similar leak for text inputs (bug 42895) by adding a "general" method for unrooting anonymous content created through nsIAnonymousContentCreator, plus a hack to deal with the scrollbars on the root element. Some of the other SetDocumentForAnonymousContent methods *may* need to be implemented. 3ddc7e382b Fix for bug 36849: Script animation that changes location and clip simultaneously no longer will flicker. 
ApplyRenderingChangeToTree now always does a NO_SYNC update of the views where it used to sometimes do a SYNC update. b=36849 r=kmcclusk

feb8bb4395 Bug 22037. Detect when CantRenderReplacedElement() is inserting a block frame into an inline. When this happens, 'split' the frame model to the nearest containing block. 0ce9302917 Bug 36401. Deal with inline-blocks better.
