922b310609 Windows CE build changes. This addresses most of the outstanding Windows 
CE compilation issues.

This patch also fixes/removes CheckStackGrowthDirection assertions in
Javscript.  This change is based on bug 242518.  See comment 36.

This patch also removes the unused enum in transformiix .  See bug
292118.

4458bec205 Make --disable-xul work (bug 69995). We build enough XUL to support 
scrollbars unconditionally, but can now leave out heavyweight widgets like

15252401f3 115922 embedding work. no changes should be observed in current product this will only affect the embedded effort. This moves the command handler stuff from content xul to embedding/components/commandhandler. a=judd r=saari built on mac/windows/gmake with this we will be able to finish removing editorshell from the app and have a true embedded editor.akkana will pick this up after me and finish the embedding work. 2005-04-05 22:27:25 +00:00
