This is a high-level async pipe which can be cheaply transferred between
processes and uses a shared memory ring buffer as its implementation. This can
be used to efficiently stream non-message oriented data between processes and
is not bound to any particular protocol or thread.

The main reason of this patch is that the source stream will be closed when `InputStreamHelper::SerializeInputStreamAsPipe` is called, but when `InputStreamHelper::SerializeInputStreamAsPipe` is not called, the stream is stayed opened. I think we should make the behavior of serialization stream consistent, which is keeping the source stream opened.

So we can't assume that a nsIAsyncInputStream is always non-blocking. Handle the case where it is.

The inclusions were removed with the following very crude script and the
resulting breakage was fixed up by hand. The manual fixups did either
revert the changes done by the script, replace a generic header with a more
specific one or replace a header with a forward declaration.
