AHardwareBuffer is supported since Android O(APIVersion 26). Implementation of AndroidHardwareBufferTextureData referred AndroidNativeWindowTextureData. Implementation of AndroidHardwareBufferTextureHost referred obsoleted GrallocTextureHost.
android fence is not supported yet.

This also adds telemetry probes to track:
* number of times remote canvas 2D is activated
* number of times remote canvas 2D is deactivated due to device creation failure
* number of times remote canvas 2D is deactivated due to a stream read error.

By using RenderTextureHostWrapper, we could reduce re-creation of RenderDXGITextureHostOGL and RenderDXGIYCbCrTextureHostOGL.

RenderTextureHost is destroyed in WebRenderTextureHost::~WebRenderTextureHost() on current gecko. But It is better to destroy it by TextureHost that created the RenderTextureHost. GPUVideoTextureHost is an exception for now.

And it is a preparation for Bug 1636868.

This change adds support for CanvasContext presenting WebGPU via CPU readback.
The presentation is handled mostly on GPU process side by managing a list of staging buffers
and copying the contents into a WR external image (backed by an external buffer).

Previously, we created TextureD3D11 objects in the content process to back surfaces created for the plugin process. Those objects were then composited by the async ImageBridge. In order to remove Win32 kernel operations from content (including DX/GDI operations), this patch bounces the requests from content to the compositor process. The compositor process maintains 2 textures to be used for all plugin composition -- one for the plugin process and one for display. The plugin process can freely write to its texture and request composition when it is done, which triggers a blit to the display texture. This mirrors pre-existing behavior.

GPUVideoTextureHost::NumSubTextures() returns 0 when wrapped TextureHost does not exist. In this case, we do not have a content of GPUVideoTextureHost for WR render. And EnsureWrappedTextureHost() calling is added in GPUVideoTextureHost::NumSubTextures(), since GPUVideoTextureHost is not explicit about when a wrapped TextureHost is created.

RecordedTextureData records TextureData calls for play back in the GPU process.
CanvasChild and CanvasParent set up the recorder and translator.
They also help to manage the starting of translation and co-ordinating the
translation with the frame transactions.
This patch also includes other changes to wire up recording and playback.
If ExternalImageType is just passed from C to rust, it caused crash on non-Windows platform. It was caused by stack corruption. Then &ExternalImageType is used instead of ExternalImageType to bypass the problem.

gfxPrefs Live preferences are almost identical to StaticPrefs.
We leave aside for now those that set a custom change callback as this feature isn't yet supported in StaticPrefs.
