de2b5fc3c4 Bug 1763667 part 1: Merge our two copies of TopLevelImageDocument.css and TopLevelVideoDocument.css. r=emilio,jaws
For both files, we've been keeping around an extra copy in
toolkit/themes/shared/media/ with 1-2 CSS rules related to presentation.

This was probably to allow XUL-style extensions and themes to override the
presentation, back when we supported that form of extension. But there's not a
good reason to have this separation anymore, so let's simplify and combine the
files of the same name.

This patch also removes one no-longer-esepcially-useful "N.B." comment (which
refers to a file that's now alongside the styles in question). This patch also
adds an explanatory comment to explain why we bother to set `color` for images
(which was initially not clear to me).

eb5df42faf Bug 1612068 - Move zoom from the content viewer to the browsing context. r=nika
We need it to live in BrowsingContext instead of WindowContext, because
we need to preserve the zoom level across same-origin navigation.

It'd be nice if it only lived in the top BC, but that's not possible at
the moment because a lot of tests rely on zooming only iframes. Some of
them can be adjusted for scaling the top instead, but not sure it's
worth it's worth fixing them and moving the zoom to be top-only, as it'd
be a bunch of effort, and the complexity and overhead of propagating the
zoom is not so big.

The print-preview-specific code in nsContentViewer is from before we did
the document cloning setup, and it seems useless. I've tested print
preview scaling before and after my patch and both behave the same.

The rest is just various test changes to use the SpecialPowers APIs or
BrowsingContext as needed instead of directly poking at the content
viewer.

I named the pres context hook RecomputeBrowsingContextDependentData, as
more stuff should move there like overrideDPPX and other media emulation
shenanigans.

I also have some ideas to simplify or even remove ZoomChild and such,
but that's followup work.

c4aacd8403 Bug 1563139 - Remove StaticPrefs.h. r=glandium
This requires replacing inclusions of it with inclusions of more specific prefs
files.

The exception is that StaticPrefsAll.h, which is equivalent to StaticPrefs.h,
and is used in `Codegen.py` because doing something smarter is tricky and
suitable for a follow-up. As a result, any change to StaticPrefList.yaml will
still trigger recompilation of all the generated DOM bindings files, but that's
still a big improvement over trigger recompilation of every file that uses
static prefs.

Most of the changes in this commit are very boring. The only changes that are
not boring are modules/libpref/*, Codegen.py, and ServoBindings.toml.

8ba05939c2 Bug 1546697 - Use a consistent style for enum classes in layout. r=dholbert
Per the discussion in:

  https://groups.google.com/d/msg/mozilla.dev.platform/P79pwa9z5m8/iPYPAWPHCAAJ

They should be CamelCase, and that's what most of them already do. This converts
the rest, which are a few.

For the ones that already used `e` or `k` prefixes, I've mostly done:

 for file in $(rg Type::e layout | cut -d : -f 1 | sort | uniq); do sed -i 's#Type::e#Type::#g' $file; done

For the ones that used uppercase, I've removed the prefix if it was already in
the type name, and turn them into CamelCase.

dc336a73ba Bug 1517241 - Rename nsIDocument to mozilla::dom::Document. r=smaug
Summary: Really sorry for the size of the patch. It's mostly automatic
s/nsIDocument/Document/ but I had to fix up in a bunch of places manually to
add the right namespacing and such.

Overall it's not a very interesting patch I think.

nsDocument.cpp turns into Document.cpp, nsIDocument.h into Document.h and
nsIDocumentInlines.h into DocumentInlines.h.

I also changed a bunch of nsCOMPtr usage to RefPtr, but not all of it.

While fixing up some of the bits I also removed some unneeded OwnerDoc() null
checks and such, but I didn't do anything riskier than that.
